07-Day Refund Policy

At NA GLOBALS LLC, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, we offer a 07-day refund policy from the receipt of order.

How To Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our Customer Service department at info@sparklightsolution.com or (888) 549-1406. Please include your order number and a clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

Refund Conditions

The following conditions must be met in order to qualify for a refund:

  1. You must request a refund within 07 days of your purchase date.
  2. Refunds will only be issued to the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase.
  3. Refunded services may be revoked or discontinued following the refund.

Processing Your Refund

Once we receive your refund request, our team will evaluate your eligibility for a refund. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. The processing time might depend on your payment service provider, but it generally takes up to 5-7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

At NA GLOBALS LLC, we strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. However, we understand that there may be circumstances in which you need to cancel a service. We have developed the following policy to accommodate such situations.

  1. Service Cancellation: 

You may cancel a service at any time. However, if you cancel the service within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal, you can receive a full refund. If you cancel a service after this 7-day period, you will not be eligible for a refund.

  1. Method of Cancellation: 

To cancel a service and request a refund, you must send a cancellation request to our customer service team at info@sparklightsolution.com. Your request should include your name, contact information, service details, and the reason for cancellation. Cancellations by phone or in person will not be considered valid.

  1. Refunds: 

Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will confirm the details and process the cancellation within 48 hours. If you are eligible for a refund, we will initiate the refund process at this time. Please note that it may take up to 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

  1. No Refunds on Completed Services: 

If we have completed the service, and you have approved the completed work before the cancellation request, you will not be eligible for a refund. 

  1. Cancellation by NA GLOBALS LLC:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any service for a valid reason, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. In such cases, if you are not in breach of the contract, and if the cancellation occurs within the 7-day period, you will receive a pro-rata refund.
